Rachel Fields is the founder of Nourished & Unstoppable and the creator of the 6-Pillar Food Freedom System—but she wasn’t born liberated from diet culture.
She was 8 when she was first told to put down the ice cream!
12 years of age is when she started dieting to earn approval.
50 years of age is when she followed the “clean eating” rules so well her hair fell out.
